You’ve heard the airplanes buzzing by downtown office buildings during their practice runs all week — it’s a tell-tale sign that the much-anticipated Chicago Air & Water Show season is upon us.

This weekend, August 15th and 16th, thousands of spectators will flock to Chicago for the 57th Annual Chicago Air And Water Show over North Avenue Beach. The grand finale of the show will feature the crowd-favorite U.S. Navy Blue Angels, who will make their triumphant return to our beachfront.

Other favorites, old and new, will be there, and, most notably, The Breitling Jet Team will make their first U.S. show appearance this weekend.
