Two Teens Missing From West, South Sides

(CBS) -- Chicago police are asking for help in finding two teenagers who are missing from the west and south sides.

Police say 16-year-old Trevon Grant is missing from the 1400 block of South Kolin since August 29. The 5'08", 137 pound African American has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black pants and black boots.

Grant is known to frequent the area of Vincennes from 103rd to 111th Street and East Chicago, Ind.

Eduardo Venegas, 15, has been missing from the Brighton Park neighborhood since Wednesday, police said. Venegas goes by the nickname "Lalo" and is 5'06", 160 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He has two pierced ears and was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts and black Nike gym shoes with orange multi-colored soles.

Venegas is known to frequent the areas from 39th Street 45th Street from California to Kedzie as well as along Archer Avenue.
