Man Shot And Killed In Joliet

CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was shot to death last week in southwest suburban Joliet.

Duntell L. Neal, 24, was shot in the 300 block of Union Street and taken to Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, where he was pronounced dead at 2:53 a.m. Sept. 28, according to the Will County coroner's office.

An autopsy that day revealed that Neal, of Joliet, died as a result of a gunshot wound, the coroner's office said. His death has been ruled a homicide.

Additional details on the shooting were not immediately available.
