Bears' Shea McClellin Carted To Locker Room With Knee Injury

By Chris Emma--

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (CBS) -- Bears linebacker Shea McClellin suffered a knee injury and was carted to the locker room in Sunday's game against the Chiefs.

The Bears have ruled McClellin out for the remainder of the game. He was injured on the first play from scrimmage of the second half and stayed down on the field for several minutes. The team called for a cart to have him moved to the locker room shortly after.

In place of McClellin, LaRoy Reynolds moved to the "Mike" spot. Reynolds was signed to the Bears just two weeks ago. Christian Jones has taken over with the Bears' calls from defensive coordinator Vic Fangio.

Additionally, Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles was ruled out for the game with a knee injury. Charles went down with a non-contact injury on a run in the third quarter.

Chicago trailed Kansas City 17-3 at the time of the injury.
