(CBS) — The fantasy sports industry will be the focus of new legislation to be unveiled at a news conference at the Thompson Center on Tuesday afternoon.

“This is unique in that it establishes the best practices for an emerging industry,” Zalewski says.

Zalewski says he and state Sen. Kwame Raoul, D-Chicago, want to “make sure everyone has a good time and offer consumer protection for players.”
