Bears' Alshon Jeffery, Pernell McPhee Questionable For Sunday's Game

By Chris Emma--

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (CBS) -- The Bears enter Sunday with two important names in doubt, as receiver Alshon Jeffery and linebacker Pernell McPhee are both listed as questionable to play against the Vikings.

Jeffery has overcome an illness he battled during the week but has still been hampered by a calf injury. He has missed five games this season with injuries to his hamstring, calf and groin. The calf injury this week is a recurrence.

McPhee has dealt with a knee injury this entire season but has managed to play through it for much of the year. He missed just his second game this past Sunday in the Bears' loss to Washington.

Cornerback Tracy Porter worked in a limited role on Friday as he deals with an ankle injury. He was listed as questionable.

Additionally, the Bears have said tight end Zach Miller is questionable for Sunday's game with a ribs injury. While Miller has dealt with the injury for several weeks, he has also suffered through an illness this week and didn't practice until his limited work on Friday.

The Bears have listed Bryce Callahan as doubtful with a groin injury. His replacement as the nickel corner, Sherrick McManis, is questionable with a concussion. McManis did practice on Friday in a limited role, his first work of the week.

Bears coach John Fox said nobody on the injury report will stay behind for the trip. Chicago and Minnesota kick off at noon on Sunday at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
