(CBS) – It’s that time of year, with long shopping lists, crowded stores, packed airports – you know, when holiday cheer turns to holiday chaos.
CBS 2’s Audrina Bigos looks at how some people are relieving stress through “Anger Room” therapy.
You suit up, get your goggles and hard hat and break stuff.
“You may have people coming in for relationship issues, or family issues. We’ve had tragedies,” the operator says of the sold-out event, held at a Bridgeport gallery.
A crow bar and a bat and some dining ware do the trick.
“It felt like a lot of fun to break stuff, really,” one participant said.
