(CBS) The Blackhawks will finally see their desired first line together Friday night.

Winger Marian Hossa will return to the lineup at Dallas after missing the previous nine games with a lower-body injury. Hossa figures to slot in on the top line alongside Jonathan Toews and Andrew Ladd, who was acquired in a blockbuster trade in late February.

Hossa was injured in a Feb. 13 loss to the Ducks after taking a hard check from defenseman Hampus Lindholm and going into the corner boards. He was helped off the ice, favoring his left leg.

Hossa has 10 goals and 18 assists in 54 games this season.
