Anti-Trump Protesters Planning Demonstration At Trump Tower Monday

(CBS) -- In campaign 2016: Donald Trump is back in Illinois. The GOP presidential frontrunner is in Bloomington Sunday morning.

Meanwhile back in Chicago, where Trump cancelled a rally for security concerns on Friday, protests are planned for Monday.

CBS 2's Mike Puccinelli reports the protests is set for 10 a.m. on Monday at Trump Tower.

The Republican front runner held several rallies Saturday in Ohio where tens of thousands of people showed up.

At one rally, a man tried to rush the stage and was quickly subdued by Secret Service agents.

Trump blamed Bernie sanders supporters and agitators for forcing him to cancel his rally Friday at the UIC Pavilion. Protesters countered that Trump supporters say Trump supporters were the hostile ones.

"The people that were there, they caused no problem," Trump said. "They were taunted, they were harassed."

"When I came down from the stage being escorted by Secret Service, walking through the crowd, a gentleman threw an open bottle at me and then followed by another gentleman jumping on my back with an American flag on putting me in a chokehold," said protester Jedidiah Brown.

Brown rushed the stage on Friday and was quickly led away by security. He admitted throwing a punch, but said it was only in response to him being attacked.
