Former wrestling champion Taz takes The Taz Show: Bodyslams & Beyond to the CBS Sports Radio airwaves Sunday, April 3 from 11 p.m. until 2 a.m., directly after the big wrestling event in Dallas.

Taz, who hosts his live streaming show five days a week on Play. It, will draw on his years of experience in the wrestling ring and ringside, to react to the night's big events. The former WWE and ECW wrestler turned WWE and TNA commentator will lace his colorful commentary with singular insights as only Taz can.

"The Taz Show that I do every day has been going pretty good, and it's building a pretty good audience," said Taz. "They [CBS Sports Radio] see the feel that people have for a show that's mostly about pro wrestling... obviously the popularity of the industry doesn't hurt either. So they know WrestleMania is a gigantic show..."

"They were like 'Hey, maybe you want to do a post-show,'" Taz continued. "We'll do a big three-hour show and put it on some of the broadcast radio stations. And you can still stream the video and all this stuff."

The wrestling legend, who held every major ECW title and commentated ringside for well over a decade, didn't hesitate for a second.

"I was like 'yeah, I don't even need to think about it,'" said Taz. "I think this will be a great idea because a good chunk of what I do every day on the air is kind of discuss and break down different wrestling shows on my live show. I give insight and I give opinion on production elements and how wrestlers are used, or not used, and how announcers handle things, and I just give my opinion."

What to expect? Anything and everything, which is what regular listeners of The Taz Show have come to realize.

"I just go by how I feel, and I think that's the whole concept of what I [will] do come Sunday at the post-WrestleMania three-hour special," said Taz.

Taz will be broadcasting from CBS Radio's WFAN in New York, the premier sports talk radio station. Because the Dallas event is live, and live events don't always stay on schedule, it may spill over into Taz's airtime. He relishes the prospect.

"There's a chance that the live WrestleMania might go a little longer than 11 p.m., and I'm cool with it," said Taz. "I'll be watching the show from WFAN, and I'll be watching it on set. So I'll talk about it and give my thoughts and opinions on what I've been watching. And being someone who's been a professional wrestling broadcaster for so many years, it's kind of an easy thing for me, frankly."

The guest list for Taz's Sunday night special broadcast includes a who's who of wrestling commentary. WWE Hall of Fame announcer Jim Ross, ESPN sports reporter Todd Grisham, WFAN sports personality Evan Roberts and PW Insider's Mike Johnson will all be stopping by. And you, the fans, will get your chance too; Taz will be taking calls.

Taz recently joined WFAN's Boomer & Carton to talk about his show Sunday night.

The Sunday night wrestling extravaganza features one big event after another... every one a potential headliner and showstopper. The top of the card includes:

- Heavyweight Champion Triple H vs. Roman Reigns

- Dean Ambrose vs. Brock Lesnar

- Shane McMahon vs. The Undertaker

But this slam-packed night promises excitement from the opening bell.

"I do know what to expect because I've called so many WrestleManias. I've wrestled in them, I've been part of production meetings, agent meetings and all that stuff so I can bring that expertise," said Taz. "I don't know who's going to win or lose, I don't know that."

If The Undertaker loses to Shane McMahon, then The Undertaker won't wrestle in the event ever again.

"I'm interested to see how they handle the ending of The Undertaker vs. Shane McMahon," said Taz. "I think that's going to be a car-crash type of match because there's a lot on the line."

Taz sees Roman Reigns taking down Triple H in another headlining match.

"I'm interested in seeing the reaction by over 85,000 people, if and when," said Taz. "I think this will happen, Roman Reigns defeats Triple H for the WWE title. I do think that there's a good chance that a lot of people will be angry, because I think Roman Reigns should have been turned bad guy a long time ago."

Regardless, it will be a great night for wrestling fans in Dallas and all over the world. And Taz will be there to weigh in moments after.
