Toddler Identified After Being Found In SE Side Parking Lot

UPDATED: 5:18 p.m.

(CBS) -- A toddler found in a Southeast Side parking lot has been identified, according to Chicago police.

The young boy was found was found in the parking lot as 2259 E. 95th Street and police sent out an alert seeking to identify him.

Late Saturday afternoon, police say the boy had been identified and that his guardian is with him at the hospital.

DCFS is investigating.
