Bicyclist, 60, Fatally Struck By Motorcycle In Franklin Park

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 60-year-old Chicago man died Monday after he was struck by a motorcycle on his bicycle in west suburban Franklin Park.

Wlodzimierz Woroniecki died of delayed complications of multiple blunt force injuries from being struck by a motorcycle while riding a bike in the 11300 block of Franklin Avenue in Franklin Park, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office. He was pronounced dead at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood at 8:16 p.m.

Woroniecki lived in the 2800 block of North Melvina Avenue, the examiner's office said.

Franklin Park police were not immediately able to provide additional information.
