CHICAGO (CBS) -- A lab for producing methamphetamine was discovered in a southwest suburban Bolingbrook home Thursday.

Deputies went to David's home to arrest him on two counts of delivery of methamphetamine, the sheriff's office said. When he was not home, deputies waited for him to arrive and conducted a traffic stop on this Chevrolet Camero as he drove toward home. While running the registration on the Camero, deputies learned it did not match the car.

Deputies searched the Camero and found a U.S. Marshal's badge, fraudulent identification, four cell phones, three handguns, a loaded magazine, a tactical bag with a SWAT patch and a GPS device, the sheriff's office said.

Family members at David's home allowed deputies to search it in order to verify no more police items were inside, the sheriff's office said. During the search, authorities discovered the lab in the home's basement and the home was secured. A search warrant was obtained Friday morning and drug equipment, handguns, ammunition and a undisclosed amount of cash was found.

David had a valid state concealed carry license, the sheriff's office said.

He was held at Will County's adult detention facility on $865,000 bond, the sheriff's office said. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of syringes/needles.
