Hammond Investigates Two Rapes In Hessville Neighborhood
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Police in Hammond, Ind., are investigating whether two rapes in recent weeks are connected.
Police believe the same suspect could be involved in both crimes, within two weeks of each other.
The woman in each case was walking in the Hessville neighborhood when they were approached by a black man, forced into an alley and sexually assaulted.
