MISSING: Nancy Bonet, 58

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Police are asking for help finding a 58-year-old woman who has been missing since last week.

Nancy Bonet was reported missing from the 2200 block of West Division Street, after she was last seen around 1 p.m. Tuesday. Police said she might be "in a confused state" and in need of medical attention.

Bonet was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black stretch pants. Police said she is known to frequent the 2900 block of West North Avenue.
