CHICAGO (CBS)– Two people were fatally shot in the Belmont Cragin area, according to Chicago fire officials.

Chicago police said a female, 48, sustained a gunshot wound to the torso and the male, 27 sustained a gunshot wound to the mouth.

Officials responded to the call just before 2 p.m. Saturday.

No one is in custody and Area North Detectives are investigating.
