UPDATE: Otis Miggins, 66, From West Lawn, Has Been Located
CHICAGO (CBS)-- Otis Miggins, 66, who had been reported missing from the West Lawn area, has been located, Chicago police said Saturday evening.
Miggins was last seen in the 4200 block of Ford City Drive in the common area of his apartment building, according to his sister.
Police said Miggins is 6 feet tall and weighs 125 pounds.
The missing man was last seen wearing a light blue skull-cap, a red and black jacket, jeans and light brown shoes.
