MISSING: Dayjahonah Clark, 15, From Near West Side
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Dayjahonah Clark, 15, has been reported missing from her home on the Near West Side, according to Chicago police.
She left her home in the 3200 block of West Fulton Street on April 7 and has had not contact with her family and has not attended school since then.
She is described as 5 feet tall, weighing 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
