2 Teens Robbed At Gunpoint In West Town

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Two male teenagers were robbed in the West Town neighborhood on Wednesday just before 3:30 p.m.

Chicago police said the two 14-year-olds were walking northbound in the 600 block of north Wood Street when a black colored vehicle approached them and an unknown male exited.

Police said the offender displayed a handgun and demanded property from both victims.

The offender fled the scene through an alley.

The victims were not injured and Area Central detectives are investigating.
