Blackhawks Select Center Kirby Dach As First Pick In NHL Draft

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Chicago Blackhawks selected center Kirby Dach from Saskatoon with their first pick in the NHL draft.

Dach is 6-foot-4 and is the third pick overall.

He became the sixth player in team history to be taken third overall and he is the highest Blackhawks selection since Patrick Kane in 2007.
