Grand Prize Winner Takes Home $2.7 Million In McHenry Queen Of Hearts Drawing

CHICAGO (CBS) -- The Chicago area's newest millionaire goes by the name of "Fred K."

He's the grand prize winner in the latest Queen of Hearts raffle at the McHenry VFW.

The jackpot had grown to $5.476,041 for Tuesday night's drawing. Fred gets about $2.7 million after taxes.

The next raffle is tentatively scheduled to begin Sept. 10, with the first drawing likely on Sept. 17.

Last year, an Arlington Heights woman walked away with $4 million.
