2019 Chicago Halloween Parade Celebrates The 'Artist's Holiday'
CHICAGO (CBS) -- It's an evening of spooky, family-friendly fun down State Street Saturday night for this year's "Arts in the Dark" Halloween parade.
With unique floats, spectacular puppets and other performances -- this year's parade celebrates Halloween as an "artist's holiday," showcasing the diversity of the city's culture.
The parade runs on State from Lake to Van Buren and began at 6 p.m.
