CHICAGO (CBS)– A child and a police officer were injured in an apartment fire in Zion.
The fire broke out at Joppa Avenue around 11 p.m. Monday.

There was no shooting, but crews did find a 13-year-old boy with burns.

An officer suffered smoke inhalation as he helped residents to safety.
