Pedestrian Hit By Metra Train In Wheaton
WHEATON, Ill. (CBS) -- A person was hit by a Metra train Wednesday evening in Wheaton.
Metra Union Pacific West Train No. 53 hit a pedestrian during the Wednesday evening rush, Metra said on Twitter.
Inbound and outbound train movement on the line were halted following the accident.
The condition of the pedestrian and other details were not immediately available.
