MISSING: Rafik Mumatz, 14, Last Seen In West Rogers Park
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago police are searching for a missing teenager last seen in Chicago's West Rogers Park neighborhood.
Rafik Mumtaz, 14, was last seen on April 23 in the 6100 block of North Talman and may be in need of medical attention, according to CPD.
She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weigh about 120 pounds. Rafik has black hair and brown eyes.
