Man Fatally Struck By Car While Crossing Street; Police Searching For Driver
CHICAGO (CBS)-- A 57-year-old man was hit and killed by a vehicle while walking across the street on Chicago's West Side.
According to police, the man was walking across the street at Western and Congress at the time of the incident. The driver of a black Jeep took off.
Police located the black Jeep involved in the crash, but they are still searching for the driver. The victim was walking with a woman, who was not injured and is helping with the investigation.
