13-Year-Old Shot While Inside House In Washington Park
CHICAGO (CBS)-- A 13-year-old boy is recovering after he was shot in the Washington Park neighborhood.
Just after 1:30 a.m. Thursday, police responded to a home at 53rd and Calumet. Police said the teen was inside the house when he heard shots and felt pain.
A bullet hit the teen in his thigh and he was taken to Comer Children's Hospital in good condition.
No arrests have been made.
