Man Dead, Woman Injured After Shooting In East Garfield Park
CHICAGO (CBS)-- A man is dead after a shooting in the East Garfield Park neighborhood Monday night.
A 25-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman were standing on the street at Van Buren Street and Springfield Avenue just before 10:30 p.m. when shots were fired.
The two victims were taken to a hospital where the man died shortly after. The woman is expected to recover.
No one is in custody.
