MISSING: Elizabeth Soto, 12, May Need Medical Attention

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago police are searching for a missing 12-year-old girl who may be in need of medical attention.

Elizabeth Soto was last seen near the 900 block of West 73rd Street on August 22.

She is 5 feet 5 inches long and weighs about 180 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair.
