Man Grazed By Bullet After Argument In Maxwell Street Area

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man was shot in the Maxwell Street area early Sunday morning following an argument with the shooter, Chicago police said.

The 31-year-old man suffered a graze wound to his hand while in the 1400 block of South Canal Street around 3:30 a.m. when someone fired through the windshield of his vehicle, the victim told police.

The victim drove himself to Stroger Hospital in good condition.

No one has been arrested, and Area Three detectives are investigating.
