On the Stevenson Expressway, cars stalled in water with hazards on as drivers slowly move through the flooded roadway. Dozens of crashes have been reported.

In Summit, Illinois, a car became submerged in water in Summit, Illinois due to flooding caused by the overnight rain.
Crews are responding to the flooded area at 63rd and Archer.
