Customs Agents Seize More Than $500,000 In Counterfeit Cash In Chicago

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A weekend raid by customs agents in Chicago netted more than $500,000 in counterfeit cash.

Officers intercepted two package from Ukraine at an international mail facility, on Friday night and another Saturday.

The shipment was addressed to a home in Joliet and labeled as a prop, but importing phony currency is a felony.

Homeland Security and the Secret Service are now investigating.
