Monday marks the 14th consecutive cloudy day with temperatures in the low 30s.
Temperatures will climb to the low 40's on Wednesday and Thursday.
Another storm system will cross the area on Thursday afternoon through Friday night. This could start as rain on Thursday and end as snow showers on Friday.
