Man Charged With Living At O'Hare Airport For 3 Months Due In Court Wednesday

CHICAGO (CBS)-- A man accused of living at O'Hare for almost three months is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.

Police said Aditya Singh, 36, flew from Los Angeles to Chicago in October and stayed in the airport.

United Airlines employees turned him in, earlier this month.

Singh had a security badge that belonged to an employee and had missing since late October.

Singh is charged with criminally trespassing in a restricted area.
