Woman Injured In Townhouse Fire On Near West Side

CHICAGO (CBS)-- A fire broke out at a townhouse on Chicago's Near West Side early Friday morning.

Firefighters responded to the house in the 2000 block of West Randolph Street just before 4 a.m.

Chicago police said a 28-year-old woman was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition with minor burns on her legs. Officials said the fire started in her apartment.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
