Pediatric Cancer Survivor Shaves Chicago Doctor's Head In Virtual St. Baldrick's Fundraiser
CHICAGO (CBS) -- It's March, which means it's time for St. Baldrick's - when brave but benevolent souls shave their heads to raise needed money for childhood cancer research.
The COVID-19 pandemic has left a lot of fundraising bare, but St. Baldrick's is still buzzing.
The organization has raised nearly $60 million for childhood cancer research through head shaving events in Chicago since 2004.
