Man Shot, Critically Wounded In North Park
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man was shot and critically wounded late Monday afternoon in the North Park neighborhood.
At 5:43 p.m., the man was shot in the back and neck area in the 3400 block of West Foster Avenue, near Kimball Avenue. He heard shots and felt pain, police said.
The victim was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in critical condition, police said.
No one was in custody early Monday evening. Area Five detectives were investigating.
