International Manhunt Underway For Qinxuan Pan, Suspected In Murder Of Yale Student From Chicago
CHICAGO (CBS) -- An international manhunt is underway in the murder of Kevin Jiang, a Yale University student from Chicago.
Police are searching for 29-year-old Massachusetts Institute of Technology graduate student Qinxuan Pan.
Interpol issued a "Red Notice" after a request from the United States Marshals Service in case Pan travels out of the country.
Police believe Pan killed Jiang in a case of road rage in Connecticut in February.
