Car Hits Fire Hydrant In Albany Park; Police Searching For Driver

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Police are searching for the driver of a vehicle that struck a fire hydrant in Albany Park Tuesday night.

According to police, the vehicle struck the fire hydrant just before 11 p.m., causing damage and flooding in the 5000 block of North Monticello Avenue.

The Chicago Fire Department reported the driver was no longer at the scene when they arrived.

No arrests have been made.
