CTA Now Hiring Bus Drivers, Other Trade Positions; Job Fair Next Week
CHICAGO (CBS) -- More employees returning to offices means the Chicago Transit Authority needs help, too.
The agency is looking to add bus drivers and other trade workers, including mechanics and electricians, from entry level positions to upper management.
The CTA promises paid training and generous benefits. Starting pay is nearly $23 an hour for part time bus drivers.
The agency will hold a virtual job fair Wednesday.
