CHICAGO (CBS)– Firefighters rescued a teen who fell down a 40-foot shaft between two buildings in Old Town early Friday morning.
According to police, the 17-year-old was on a rooftop with friends who he fell four stories in the 1200 block of North LaSalle Street around 4 a.m.READ MORE: 6 Killed, 43 Wounded In Weekend Shootings Across Chicago
Firefighters had to stabilize the shaft in order to safely get the teen. He was taken to Northern Hospital with minor injuries.
