30-Year-Old Woman Injured In River North Hit-And-Run; Police Searching For Driver Of Kia SUV

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 30-year-old woman crossing the street in Chicago's River North neighborhood was hit by a sport-utility vehicle early Monday morning.

Police say she was walking with two other people near Ontario and Clark streets around 2 a.m. when a Kia crashed into her.

She was hospitalized in fair condition with non-life threatening injuries.

The Kia sped off onto the expressway and got away, and police are searching for the driver.
