Man Shot, Killed While Driving In Humboldt Park Neighborhood
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man is dead after being shot while driving in the Humboldt Park neighborhood Monday evening.
At 7:06 p.m., the 40-year-old man was driving north in the 700 block of North Spaulding Avenue when someone on the sidewalk took out a gun and shot at him, police said.
The victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the body and was pronounced dead at Stroger Hospital of Cook County, police said.
Area Four detectives are investigating.
