Chicago Department Of Public Health To Go Door To Door In 13 Neighborhoods To Encourage Vaccine
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Workers from the Chicago Department of Public Health will soon be going door to door in some Chicago neighborhoods encouraging people to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
Canvasing teams will target 13 neighborhoods that have the lowest vaccination rates in the city.
Workers will be able to answer questions or concerns and sign residents up for a shot.
All of the workers will be in Protect Chicago branded vests with buttons and masks so they can be easily recognized.
