CHICAGO (CBS) — The largest Frida Kahlo exhibition in the Chicago area in more than 40 years opened with a big celebration.

A mariachi band helped open “Frida Kahlo: Timeless” at the Cleve Carney Museum of Art on the College of DuPage campus.

It features 26 pieces of Kahlo’s work, a photo history of her life and a Kahlo-inspired garden.

The exhibition officially opens to the public tomorrow. tickets start at $23.
