19-Year-Old Killed In Fiery Crash On Lake Shore Drive
CHICAGO (CBS)-- A 19-year-old man was killed in a fiery crash on Lake Shore Drive early Thursday morning.
According to police, the teen was driving an Escalade at a high speed when he lost control, hit a guard rail and crashed into a light pole. The 19-year-old was ejected from the vehicle in the 1500 block of North Lake Shore Drive.
He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital where he died.
No one else was inside the SUV at the time of the crash.
