Northbound Tri-State Tollway Shut Down For Hours Near Gurnee After Crash
GURNEE, Ill. (CBS) -- The northbound Tri-State Tollway was shut down near Gurnee late Sunday after a crash.
The crash happened at 4:06 p.m. at milepost 11.25 on I-94, according to Illinois State Police.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash and some people were injured, but state police did not have further details.
All four lanes were shut down on the northbound Tri-State near the scene for an investigation. The tollway was fully reopened by 8 p.m.
