CHICAGO (CBS) — Signal problems shut down the Chicago Transit Authority Yellow Line on Tuesday afternoon.

The line, which runs from the Howard terminal to Skokie, has been halted due to signal problems, the CTA said.

The No. 97 Skokie bus is advised as an alternative, and bus shuttle service is also available to the Dempster-Skokie terminal.
