Teen Charged In Lawndale Carjacking
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 14-year-old boy has been charged with carjacking a man last week in the Lawndale neighborhood.
Police said the teen was arrested Monday in the South Austin neighborhood, after he was identified as one of the carjackers who stole a car by force from a 43-year-old man in the 4100 block of West 14th Street on July 13.
The boy has been charged with one felony count of aggravated vehicular hijacking with a firearm.
