Bullets Hit CPD 15th District Station, No Officers Hurt
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago police officers had to take cover inside their own station Wednesday morning after bullets hit the windows.
Just before 7:00 a.m. someone started shooting at Madison and Waller - hitting the 15th District station.
The target wasn't police, but a 27-year-old man. Police found him laying in the street and quickly got paramedics to take him to the hospital in serious condition.
No officers were hurt and police do not have anyone in custody.
